The Covid-19 pandemic has affected everyone in many different ways and at Cynergi we take the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees as our main priority.

Initially many contracts ceased operation and we furloughed our employees, maintaining a skeleton workforce as required. Implementing mitigating controls to ensure the safety of our employees at work and the safety of our clients.

Operating in line with the changes advised by the Government, public health, and that of industry guidance.

As changes have been announced and contracts have put in place their control measures Cynergi have provided assistance and advice on the changes to cleaning routines, PPE, social distancing whilst at work, changes to shift working hours and break times to reduce contact with others.

Cynergi has carried out extensive research into the most suitable cleaning chemicals to both disinfect and sanitise our client’s sites, with new training provided to all our employees on the use and cleaning methods required.

Cynergi have taken measures to help and manage the cost implications and job availability for our staff , continuing to provide our services and contractual duties in these uncharted times.

Regular team briefings are issued to all staff with any changes and controls that are necessary to maintain social distancing. Communications directly with staff to ensure that we are fully aware of any changes and  situations that may need addressing with returning to work  ensuring the welfare of our employees is risk assessed with additional safety controls agreed and actioned.
