Alongside the existing ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 we now have the internationally recognised ISO 22301 Business Continuity Certification. For this we have demonstrated we have robust processes and procedures in place for reducing the threat of disruption to Cynergi’s operations and activities in the event of a major incident.

Cynergi Cleaning & Support Services are delighted to announce that it has secured a contract with Mazda Motors UK to provide cleaning to the Head office in Dartford, Kent.
We received a request from the Office Manager at Mazda HQ to ask if we could visit and provide a proposal for the daily cleaning at their building. We attended the next day, gained a full understanding of the building and the client’s needs, and set to work on the proposal the following day.
We returned to meet and present our proposal the following week. Shortly after that meeting, and some contract negotiation, we were delighted to find out that we have been awarded the contract at this prestigious motor manufacturer.
The client at Mazda was keen to explore further our innovative and environmentally friendly cleaning process utilising AquaSmart. They agreed that this new method of cleaning fitted with their drive for a more sustainable future. Cynergi are delighted to add another contract to our portfolio where we will be helping our clients enhance their CSR.
We are extremely proud of our ability to turn around a proposal to win in a week and to gain this highly prestigious contract. We look forward to working with Mazda Motors UK in delivering a successful service and developing our relationship further.
Cynergi Cleaning and Support Services are always looking at ways to improve our service level for clients and staff alike, as well as being environmentally aware of areas where we can always improve.
One idea that we have implemented since Q4 2022 is by using QR Codes to replace the site manuals on client’s premises. This now negates the need to have the traditional bulky paper-based site pack.
This also has the advantage of being easy to access and use (usually placed inside the cleaning cupboard) plus updates are simply carried out at Head Office so the information held is amended quickly, accurately and is always up to date and removes the need to swap out old out of date paper documents from a folder kept on site.
It has been such a success we are rolling this out on all client sites.
As problems arise on a client’s site, Cynergi always look for innovative solutions to solve these issues. One such solution is to use intelligent window cleaning to clean inaccessible areas of glass.With built-in AI technology this device automatically detects the window frame, then calculates and programs the best cleaning route for maximum efficiency for reaching tall or hard to get to windows.
As our continued commitment to all our amazing cleaning staff and to acknowledge their hard work throughout the past year, Cynergi presented them a little something extra for Christmas.
Instead of sending clients Christmas cards this year, Cynergi Cleaning & Support Services decided to spend that money to donate 145kg of food to our local foodbank, thus helping to support our local community in these challenging times.
