The Unex Group of companies are real estate investors and developers with a varied portfolio of buildings. Unex has now become the latest client to come on-board this year and have entrusted Cynergi to manage the cleaning at two prestigious sites in Stratford. Unex were looking for a company who would deliver a high standard of cleaning and contract management across the common areas of both of the Stratford buildings. 

After submitting a comprehensive proposal for both Unex Tower and Gredley House, we were delighted to find out that we were successful in our bid during June 2021.

Each year Cynergi would normally send Christmas cards etc to clients & suppliers, but have decided that given the current circumstances, it would be more appropriate to support the staff of the NHS who have worked tirelessly in the fight against COVID.
Therefore the money that would normally be invested in cards, postage, gifts etc has been donated to NHS Charities.
We did, however, still give gifts to all our staff as they too have stepped up during this difficult year and continued to clean buildings across the country and in our eye’s, they too are hero’s.

Cynergi have been awarded the cleaning contract with Safeguard Glass and Glazing in Peterborough. Safeguard are one of the UK’s leading glass merchants, processors and IGU manufacturers. This contact was turned around from quote, to starting the cleaning, in under 10 days which is testament to excellent work carried out by our operations team who look after the current portfolio of sites in the area. The site is operational 24hrs a day, and as such, we are carry out an AM and PM clean to ensure that the site based staff are protected for each shift.

Simpson Spence Young is the world’s largest independent shipbroker with stunning offices overlooking St Katherine’s dock, and they were looking for a company who would deliver a high standard of cleaning and contract management.

Cynergi Cleaning & Support Services are pleased to announce that it has secured a contract with dnata one of the largest cargo handling companies in the UK handling over 785,000 tons of cargo per annum.

dnata opened a new state-of-the-art cargo facility at Heathrow Airport, dnata City East, in September 2019, which Cynergi were awarded the cleaning contract. Off the back of excellent work carried out by the team on site, Cynergi were then invited to tender for 9 additional sites at Heathrow and Gatwick airports and we were delighted to find out that we were successful in the tender in March 2020.

Cynergi Cleaning & Support Services are pleased to announce another success in 2020, this time at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) in Hertfordshire. The site covers some 52 acres on its estate in Watford.

BRE is an independent and impartial, research-based advisory, testing and training organisation, offering expertise in every aspect of the built environment and associated industries. BRE help clients create better, safer and more sustainable products, buildings, communities, businesses and support the innovation needed to achieve this. 

Cynergi have provided Daily Cleaning and associated services to BRE since 2016, and in that time, we have built a solid relationship with the client based on providing an excellent and flexible service. 

Towards the end of 2019, Cynergi were invited to re-tender for the contract, and we are delighted to say that after a very competitive tender process, we were chosen to continue its partnership for a further 3 years.

Harley Street Medical Centre opened a new facility in September 2019. Off the back of excellent work carried out by the team on site, Cynergi were invited to tender for another centre which is a state of the art new imaging and outpatient centre including specialisms in cardiology, orthopaedics and ENT. We were delighted to find out that we were successful in the tender in March 2020.
